jiipark Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jiipark," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jiipark platform and its operating entity, including all affiliated services available at jiipark.net.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiipark platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on jiipark.
• "Platform" means the jiipark website (jiipark.net), mobile-optimised site, and any associated services and software made available by jiipark.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, slots, sports betting markets, and other wagering products offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available to a Player by jiipark.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jiipark before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which jiipark Player accounts are denominated.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each incorporated by reference), constitute the entire legal agreement between you and jiipark. By creating a jiipark Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Game, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.

jiipark reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notice of amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use the jiipark Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close associate of jiipark or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by jiipark or any other licensed gaming operator or regulatory body;
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

Registration Process

To create a jiipark Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique and secure password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. You agree to promptly update your account information should any of your details change.

jiipark reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Management

One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active jiipark Account. Holding multiple accounts — whether intentionally or inadvertently, and regardless of the name, mobile number, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jiipark employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances withheld, and bonuses forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiipark Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiipark will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You must notify jiipark immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account Verification (KYC)

jiipark is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of your registered payment method. jiipark reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jiipark may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your jiipark Account at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts with outstanding verified balances will have funds returned to the Player's verified payment method following identity confirmation. jiipark may also close an Account at its own discretion where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

jiipark accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed on the jiipark cashier page and are subject to change.

All funds deposited into your jiipark Account are denominated and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your jiipark balance upon confirmation of receipt from your payment provider. jiipark does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — you may only deposit from payment methods registered in your own legal name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that: (a) is registered in your verified legal name; (b) was used to make at least one deposit on your jiipark Account, or has been separately verified by the jiipark compliance team. jiipark does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times are indicative and may vary. GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three Philippine business days depending on your bank and the time of the withdrawal request.

jiipark reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems requires further verification. There is no maximum number of withdrawal requests a Player may submit, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amounts shown in the cashier.

Anti-Money Laundering

jiipark is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. jiipark monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Where required by law or regulation, jiipark will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Players are prohibited from using the jiipark Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial purpose.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jiipark offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — the specific turnover multiplier, eligible games, and game contribution percentages are stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;
• jiipark reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where a Player is found to have abused the promotion, created duplicate accounts, or otherwise violated these Terms;
• Bonuses expire on the date and time specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically;
• jiipark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

All Games offered on the jiipark Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All casino games on jiipark use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been audited and certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by licensed game providers and conducted in real time over live video stream. jiipark does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jiipark's game servers, the result recorded on jiipark's servers shall be the definitive result. Game history and transaction records maintained by jiipark are the authoritative source of record for all wagers placed on the Platform.

Bets placed and accepted in error due to a technical malfunction may be voided at jiipark's discretion. jiipark will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiipark Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Holding or operating more than one jiipark Account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jiipark support immediately and not acted upon;
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, including through coordinated multi-account wagering;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward jiipark staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

jiipark is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. Gaming on jiipark is intended to be an entertainment activity. It should never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties or generate income.

jiipark provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiipark Platform — including but not limited to the jiipark name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiipark or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiipark Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiipark.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiipark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond jiipark's reasonable control;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any decision made in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

jiipark's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your jiipark Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

jiipark collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiipark will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. 13 Amendments

jiipark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiipark will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jiipark.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jiipark's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jiipark operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe that jiipark has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official channels.
